NAMI Southeastern Illinois

NAMI (National Alliance for the Mentally Ill) Southeastern Illinois serves the Harrisburg, Illinois area and offers understanding, encouragement, and mutual support to all who are faced with a chronic neurological brain disorder and their loved ones.

NAMI Southeastern Illinois is a non-profit, self-help organization whose goal is to improve the quality of life for persons with mental illness and their families.

 Members will learn coping skills and build supportive relationships with each other.  Meetings include an educational component with professional speakers from the area. 

Advocating for individuals with mental illness in order for them to receive support services is another area of concern for our affiliate.
